Example findings
Illustrative examples of the kinds of issues a readiness report may surface. Your report reflects what we observe on your application.
- High
Missing HSTS
The application does not advertise Strict-Transport-Security, so browsers may still attempt first-load HTTP.
- Medium
TLS certificate nearing expiry
The certificate expires within the warning window — renew before an assessor run or production outage.
- Medium
Cookies missing Secure / HttpOnly
Session cookies observed without Secure or HttpOnly attributes where those flags would normally apply.
- Low
Server version header exposed
Response headers disclose framework or server version details that are unnecessary for clients.
What Nexio Watch checks
- HTTPS redirect behavior and certificate validity
- TLS configuration
- Security headers (HSTS, CSP, framing, content-type, referrer)
- Observable cookie attributes (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite)
- Obvious information exposure in responses
- Basic page behavior: JavaScript errors, failed resources, mixed content
- Questionnaire answers that external scans cannot see
What Nexio Watch cannot verify automatically
- Authenticated flows and privilege boundaries that require login
- Business-logic abuse and deep authorization edge cases
- Internal architecture, source review, or infrastructure hardening
- Whether an authorized assessor will accept a particular control
- Official CASA certification or Letter of Validation
Why check before formal assessment?
Straightforward transport, header, and session issues are common and expensive to discover late. Finding them before you engage an authorized assessor can reduce wasted assessment cycles and give your team a clearer remediation list.
- Surface obvious external issues early
- Prioritize work before the formal window
- Keep evidence and remediations organized in one report

FAQ
Is this an official CASA assessment?
No. Nexio Watch provides an independent readiness check to help you prepare. Formal CASA assessment and any Letter of Validation come from an App Defense Alliance authorized assessor.
Does the €99 check guarantee I will pass CASA?
No. We identify potential issues we can observe or that you report in the questionnaire. Passing formal assessment depends on the full scope, your remediations, and the authorized lab.
What do I receive?
A downloadable PDF readiness report with prioritized findings, remediation guidance, and notes on items that still need manual verification.
How long does it take?
After you complete the questionnaire, automated checks run immediately. The reviewed report is typically ready within 1 business day.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The CASA Readiness Check is a one-time €99 payment.
